Create your own super-hero
(Team Work)

Roles

First the Heroic Historian will create the background information for the character. Where does he/she come from? What can you imagine about his/her early history? What turned him/her into a super hero?

Then the Bionic Biographer will take that information and create the super powers for the character. What sort of super hero have we got now? Can you describe his/her powers, their extent and their effects? (NB : do not write about the hero's costume, this is not your job).

The Villain Creator will then create a villain for your character. (groups of 3 will not be able to have a Villain Creator)
This has to be a very complete biography, including the historical background and presentation of a villain. You have to work in conjunction with the Historian and the Biographer, to understand who your character fights all the time! The Agile Artist will have to design his/her costume, so tell him/her what sort of villain you are creating.

The Agile Artist will design the costumes and equipment for the characters. This has to correspond to the other team members' ideas. Remember that your job does not only consists in drawing sketches : you will have to describe and justify your creations!

Objectives

Each member of the group will have to present his/her work to the class. You may use visual aids such as drawings, posters etc to introduce your character(s), but the most important is what you will explain : so try to be clear and organized !

Resources (optional)

If you have absolutely no imagination, Lee's super hero generator might help you find a name and a couple of other things. But he will not do the presentation work for you!
